The Damones Omaha Concert reviews
J J Experience
I appreciated that the organizers asked people to wear masks. Most people kept them on but there was some beer drinking going on, so that is fine. I loved the set, the videos where Zoom or whatever included people from all over the world singing The Damones' music. Most of us teared up with some of the old classics where we knew all of the lyrics. To be treated with a duo was spectacular. I have seen both musicians before but they are legends, so it is important to me. It felt so good to be back attending concerts and sharing the experience with so many others who loved it. I was sure that the tall young back up singer was his son and it was. We picked up a friend in Middleton and drove to Boise for the concert. We sat behind six best friends from Colorado and parts of Idaho who traveled to share the experience together. Getting to know those ladies made it even better. By the time I dropped off my friend in Middleton and returned to Council, Idaho, it was 2:30 a.m. It was all worth it. Thanks, Ticketmaster for a great concert. Bring it, Ticketmaster! I am a Woodstock veteran, so live music and concert attendance has always been important. I am 70 years old. We don't realize how important something is to us until it is taken away. I will never take concert attendance for granted again.
